ARCHA HALL OF FAME NOMINATION PROCESS

Selection and nominating criteria procedures for the ARCHA Hall Of Fame are as follows:

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Candidate must be or have been proactive in furthering the Reined Cow Horse industry and the ARCHA, having demonstrated service to the association.

Candidate may be a person or horse.  Horses must be deceased.

NOMINATING CRITERIA:

Nominees must meet the Selection Criteria as outlined by the ARCHA Selection Committee and the ARCHA Approved Selection Criteria.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

President will appoint a Committee Chairman and ARCHA executive committee will appoint a three member sub committee.

Selection Committee shall submit recommended candidates to the ARCHA Board of Directors for approval on or before 31st October, annually.

Nominated horses and individuals will remain on the nomination roster for three years before they need to be re submitted.

Selection Committee additionally may recommend one (1) individual, not recommended by the ARCHA membership or nominating procedure.

Selection Committee may offer for consideration up to six (6) individuals for consideration by the ARCHA Board Of Directors.

SELECTION APPROVAL:

Board of Directors may approve for selection by vote to the ARCHA Hall Of Fame no more than a total of Three (3) candidates annually on or before 31st October.
